Shipping & Refund Policy


All ready to ship orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All custom orders can take up to 4 weeks depending on the item (see item description to processing time). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



Due to items being handmade and made to order we do not accept returns. But customer satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your order and are not satisfied or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will only be issued if your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transit, please document the order and package with pictures and hold onto the packaging.
